It’s a week after I got back from Edinburgh, I’ve made myself a cup of Scottish breakfast tea with the left over tea bags I bought during the Fringe and I’m pondering what it was all about, why I went and if I got from it what I’d hoped.
It was 3 years since I’d last written a comedy show and taken it to the Fringe and about 2 years since I’d performed as a comedian. When I left Edinburgh in 2007 after doing 27 nights in a row I said very clearly I wouldn’t be taking a show for the next two years – there was a clear plan to move to London and enjoy life there…
